Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Care, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Does Leopard Tree charge sales tax?
A: No. Since we are an online retailer without a physical store, we are not required to charge sales tax.

Q: What are the payment options at Leopard Tree?
A: Leopard Tree accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Paypal. In addition, we accept personal checks and money orders. We will ship your item after your check or money order clears.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Where does Leopard Tree ship?
A: For the most part we offer worldwide shipping via USPS, FedEx, UPS and freight carriers. However, certain items cannot be shipped worldwide. This will be indicated on the product description page.

Q: What is Leopard Tree's shipping insurance policy?
A: We insure all of the items we ship. This cost is included in the shipping price.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We ship all items within 48 hours (usually SAME day) of receiving your cleared payment. The shipping time depends on the chosen shipping method, and the customer's location.

Q: If I purchase more than one item, do you offer combined shipping?
A: Yes, Leopard Tree offers combined shipping for more than one item.

Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes, Leopard Tree will email you with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.
