New York Designer Aviva Stanoff’s collection of textiles celebrates nature, exotic surface design, and deliberate luxury. Real objects are pressed into the fabric by hand. Each is done one at a time, and made to order in Stanoff’s design studio in Brooklyn. The dyes are mixed in small batches, and the objects (blossom, coral, feather) are selected carefully.
No two are alike, and the fabric celebrates the objects of nature that inspired them. Touch them and you will feel how each object is engraved deep with exquisite detail, exactly as it is in nature. Stanoff’s award winning pillows are also hand sewn, silk lined, and backed in silk dupioni.
